How does agency onboarding work?
Share your agency profile and business verification (GST/PAN or equivalent). Our team reviews every application manually and confirms your account contact — there is no automatic approval.
Is there a minimum business commitment?
No volume commitment is required to start. Consistent partners receive priority allocations and seasonal planning support.
Who will handle my enquiries?
An assigned sales contact owns your relationship, backed by the regional operations owner for each file you confirm.
Can you white-label documentation for my clients?
Guest-facing documents can carry your agency's identity where agreed; commercial documents remain between our companies.
Do you operate directly or through subcontractors?
Directly. In Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha we run ground operations with our own teams and contracted suppliers we manage ourselves — not through third-party subcontractors. That is what lets us commit to named ownership on every file.
Do you share net rates with travel agents?
Yes — confidentially. We work exclusively with the travel trade and share net rates for hotels, transport and full ground packages against your specific requirement. We never publish contracted or net rates on the website.
Who handles support while our group is travelling?
Our on-ground team and local coordinators manage the movement and support your groups throughout the journey, with a named escalation contact for the full itinerary.
Do you handle student and study tours?
Yes. Educational and study groups are handled with dedicated coordinators, age-appropriate logistics and the same movement discipline we apply to any group series.
Can you support programmes beyond your three core states?
Our core operating geography is Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, where we operate directly. We also arrange extended handling on request across Rajasthan, Kashmir, Kerala, the Golden Triangle, Nepal and Bhutan.
