When you send an enquiry or partner application, we collect the details you give us: name, company, contact information, notes about your request, and — for partner applications — business proof documents. We also note which page you came from and where you found us, so the right team member has the full picture when they reply.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to your request, assign it to a named person, and manage our business relationship with you afterwards. We use partner application details to check the agency and set up the account. We do not sell or rent your contact details, and we do not use your enquiry for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Where it lives
Your submission is stored in our secure system and sent to the right sales mailbox. Only team members who handle enquiries and applications can access it.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as we are talking to you or working with you, and review them regularly for deletion. You can ask us to delete your data at any time through the contact page, and we will do so unless an active booking still needs the record.
Consent
Every form on this site has a clear consent checkbox. We only contact you about the enquiry you sent. Confirmation emails only confirm we received your message — they are not marketing.
