How we work

The same clear steps on every booking — so your office always knows what happens next, and who to contact if something changes.

  1. Requirement in

You send the route, dates, number of people and hotel category — through our rate-request form, email or WhatsApp. However you reach us, we note down the details so you don't repeat yourself later.

  2. Named contact assigned

We assign your enquiry to one named person who is responsible for replying to you. You are never passed between inboxes.

  3. Workable plan and private quote

We send back an itinerary planned around real travel times, entry rules and seasons, along with a private trade quote. If your plan will not work in practice, we tell you and suggest one that will.

  4. Confirmation in writing

Once you approve, we book and confirm every service in writing under your file number. Payment and cancellation terms are agreed before any money moves — nothing unwritten.

  5. Trip run by a named contact

One named person runs the trip on the ground: checking each day's plan again before it starts, managing movement on the day, and having a clear contact ready if plans need to change.

  6. Closing the file

After the trip ends, we close the file with a final account check and feedback, within an agreed time — so repeat bookings get better each time.

What we commit to

  • A reply, and a named contact, for every enquiry
  • Private quotes made for your request — never published rates
  • Written confirmations before anything is considered booked
  • Your client relationship stays protected — by design

What we ask of partners

  • Full details: dates, number of people, category and the route you want
  • Realistic time to decide during peak season, when rooms go fast
  • One contact on your side for each file
  • Tell us honestly when plans change — we will do the same

Start with one file

The steps above are not just a brochure — this is exactly how we will handle your first enquiry.
