Trade-only website
This website is for travel agents, tour operators, group organisers and corporate planners. We do not accept bookings from individual travellers. If a traveller contacts us, we will direct them to book through a travel agency.
Quotes and rates
All rates are quoted privately for a specific request, and stay confidential between us and you. Nothing on this website is a published price list, or an offer that can be accepted without written confirmation.
Bookings and confirmations
A service is confirmed only when we put it in writing under a file number, with payment and cancellation terms agreed at that time. Content on this website — including suggested itineraries and planning notes — is guidance only, not a promise of service.
Accuracy
We check the facts published here through a review process. But conditions at destinations change — entry rules, timings, seasonal access — so the plan confirmed on your file always takes priority over anything on this website.
Intellectual property
You may share content from this website with your clients while selling a trip we are operating. Publishing it again as your own destination content needs our written permission.
