Travel trade FAQs
Direct answers to the questions agents, operators and planners actually ask. If yours is missing, ask it — good questions end up on this page.
Do you work with international travel agencies?
Yes. Inbound operators use us as their local ground partner for Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, with documentation and reporting designed for overseas offices.
Do you work with agencies based outside these three states?
Yes. Domestic agencies from anywhere in India use us as their local ground partner for Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Odisha, with clear written reporting sent back to their office.
Do you publish net rates?
No. Contracted and net rates are confidential. Quotes are prepared privately against each specific requirement.
Can you operate itineraries that cross state borders?
Yes. Multi-state programmes across our three states are routine, and we coordinate extensions such as Bodhgaya in Bihar with established local partners.
What hotel categories can you contract?
Standard, mid-scale, heritage and 5-star categories, matched to the requirement. Heritage and palace properties are a particular strength in Madhya Pradesh.
Do you provide licensed guides?
Yes — government-licensed guides across major languages, assigned by city, language and subject specialisation.
How are payments and cancellation terms handled?
Terms are agreed per booking and documented in writing before confirmation. There are no unwritten conditions.
Can you support festival-period travel?
Yes, with advance planning. Events such as Deepotsav in Ayodhya, Rath Yatra in Puri and major melas need early blocking, and we advise honestly on what each period demands.
Do you take direct bookings from travellers?
No. We are a trade-only company. Travellers who approach us are redirected to book through a travel agency.
A question about your own trip?
Real questions get real answers — usually from the person who would run your booking.
